Instructions for 1st Pakistan Athlete's Forum 14-15 November 2020 Lahore |

- It is informed that subject Forum being organized on 14-15 November 2020 (Saturday & Sunday) at the WAPDA Sports Complex, Chungi Amar Sidhu, Ferozepur Road, Lahore
- For the smooth and successful conduct of the subject Forum, it is imperative that following procedures shall be followed in true spirit:-
- Participants shall kindly bring with him/her Computerized National Identity Card/B-Form for verification and registration confirmation.
- Dress code for the athletes shall be a Blazer (preferably Pakistan color), T-Shirt and Trouser. T-Shirt shall be provided at the registration desk of designated hotel / rest house/venue.
- Dress code for the officials shall be a blazer (preferably Pakistan colour) and Trouser.
- Android Mobile Phones is required for all athletes, as QUIZ will be conducted before and after every lecture/presentation through an APP that shall be shared through WhatsApp as per above mentioned ID.
- Guests/friends are strictly not allowed.
- Seat number shall be issued to every participant. Please ensure to sit on your allocated seat.
- Registration Desks at Grand Millennium Hotel and WAPDA Rest House (for outstation athletes and officials only) shall operate on 13 November 2020 at 1600 to 2100 hours whereas at WAPDA Sports Complex (for local athletes and officials only) on 14 November 2020 at 0800 to 0900 hours to provide T-Shirt, Accreditation Card, masks and related material of the Forum.
- Attendance of morning and evening sessions is mandatory for award of participation certificates to registered athletes and officials.
- Focal persons for boarding / lodging / local transport are as below:-
- Mr. Azhar Iqbal, AD Admin WSB (Cell # 03000945402) for boarding/ lodging and transport (pick & drop) of female athletes and officials stationed at WAPDA Rest House. He will be supported by Ms. Asma Akram (Cell # 0310-4048996)
- Mr. Muhammad Nawaz Accountant POA (Cell #0308-4925083) for boarding/ lodging and transport (pick & drop) of male athletes and officials stationed at Grand Millennium Hotel. He will be supported by Mr. Asghar Ali (Cell # 0300-4486415) and Mr. Shuja Qarni, AM Admin & Coord POA (0321-4327876).
- The participants must follow the safety measures including social distancing, wearing of facemask and applying sanitizer both during event days and their stay at the arranged accommodation.
